Licenca je javna isprava kojom se dokazuje stručna osposobljenost za neposredan rad i vršenje fizioterapeutske zdravstvene djelatnosti.
License conditions
- Physiotherapists to Montenegrin citizens and foreigners who have a permit for permanent residence and work of foreigners, in accordance with the law regulating the residence and work of foreigners, the Chamber issues a license for a period of seven years and can be renewed, in accordance with the law and regulations;
- The request for the issuance of a license is submitted on the prescribed form to the Professional Service of the Chamber;
- The applicant must have a higher education, i.e. at least qualification VI (180 ECTS), i.e. health workers who have obtained the education qualification: Bachelor of Applied Physiotherapy, Specialist of Applied Physiotherapy, Master of Physiotherapy or Doctor of Physiotherapy;
- Certificate of having passed the professional exam and that he is a member of the Chamber of Physiotherapists of Montenegro;
- The applicant submits proof that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against him due to violation of the Code of Physiotherapy Health Ethics and that I have not been banned from performing health activities;
- The applicant submits proof of place of residence;
Special requirements for qualifications
- Diploma of completed faculty
- Evidence of the recognition of a foreign educational document, in accordance with the law establishing the recognition of foreign educational documents;
- Evidence of equalization of the foreign qualification of the level of education with the qualification of the level of education in Montenegro, in accordance with the law that established the equalization of qualifications;
- Addendum to the diploma;
- Certificate of passed professional exam;
Fees
License: 50 EUR
Registration fee in the Chamber: 50 EUR
Membership in the Chamber: 60 EUR per year

Legal remedies
An appeal can be lodged with the Ministry of Health against the decision on the request for the issuance of a license, i.e. a temporary license, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision.
