License conditions

Domestic citizens

• Properly filled out Registration sheet;
• Graduate diploma,
• Evidence of the recognition of foreign educational documents, in accordance with the law regulating the recognition of foreign educational documents;
• Proof of completed equalization of the foreign qualification of the level of education in Montenegro, in accordance with the law regulating the equalization of the qualification;
• Certificate of passed professional exam;
• Proof of the acquired title (specialization, narrower specialization, doctorate, primacy...) if they have it;
• Extract from the marriage register (for married persons);
• Proof of Montenegrin citizenship;
• Proof from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted for an act against humanity and human health;
• Two photographs of the same dimensions as personal ones (1 for the membership card and 1 for the file);
• Proof of membership fee payment; and
• Proof of payment (reimbursement) for issuing a Work License;
  Work contract

Foreign citizens

• Properly completed Registration Form;
• Diploma of completed faculty,
• Proof of the recognition of a foreign educational document, in accordance with the law regulating the recognition of foreign educational documents;
• Proof of completed equalization of the foreign qualification of the level of education in Montenegro, in accordance with the law regulating the equalization of qualifications;
• Certificate of passed professional exam;
• Proof of the acquired title (specialization, narrower specialization, doctorate, primacy) if they have it;
• Extract from the marriage register (for married persons);
• Decision on approval from the MUP on employment for temporary residence, i.e. identity card for foreigners;
• Work contract ;
• Proof from the competent court that no criminal proceedings are being conducted for an act against humanity and health of people from the home country;
• Proof of membership fee payment; and
• Proof of payment (reimbursement) for the Temporary Work License (foreign nationals), which is paid with each new extension of the Temporary Work License.

Special requirements for qualifications

There are no special conditions.

Fees

License: 50 EUR for domestic, 100 EUR for foreigners

Professional exam: Ministry of Health of Montenegro

Chamber membership: 84 EUR per year
