License conditions

• plan on the performance of public fireworks;
• consent of the owner or user of the land, that is, the object from which the public fireworks display is planned;
• ensured the presence of the service of the local self-government unit responsible for protection and rescue during the performance of public fireworks;
• request for obtaining a permit.

Required documentation

• proof of the consent of the owner or user of the land, that is, the building from which public fireworks are planned;
• written proof that during the performance of public fireworks, the presence of the service of the local self-government unit responsible for protection and rescue is ensured;
• proof that the employed person is professionally qualified to perform public fireworks;
• proof of possession of a license for the performance of public fireworks;
• proof of paid administrative fee.
