Import of non-hazardous waste to Montenegro

The import of non-hazardous waste can be carried out by a company or an entrepreneur only on the basis of a permit issued by the Agency.
License conditions
The permit for the import of waste into Montenegro is issued by the Agency on the basis of a request that specifically contains:
- information about the applicant (name and address, that is, name and seat);
- specification of types of waste to be imported (quantity in kg or tons), electrical devices and scrap tires in pieces
- the border crossing point for the entry of waste into Montenegro;
- route of movement of waste through Montenegro and type of transport (truck, train, plane, etc.);
- the importer's invoice or contract with the exporter;
- extract from CRPS;
- insurance policy.

Against the decision on registration in the register of collectors, an appeal can be lodged with the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day of its receipt and through this authority
