License conditions

Consent to the waste management plan is issued by the Agency based on the request and submitted plan, which in particular contains:

• information about the applicant (name and address, that is, name and seat);
• The largest amount of waste that will be produced by the business entity during one year (in kg and liquid waste) in accordance with the waste catalog, should be specified in the plan;
• Method of waste management (specify in the plan);
• extract from CRPS;

At least 4 copies of the plan (printed version, bound)

Legal remedies

Against the decision on registration in the register of collectors, an appeal can be lodged with the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day of its receipt and through this authority.
