Entry in the register of chemicals for the previous calendar year

Substances individually, in mixtures or in a product that are produced or placed on the market in total quantities over 1 t per year (in a calendar year) are entered in the register of chemicals that is kept in electronic form.
License conditions
- The request for registration in the register of chemicals contains in particular: the name and registered office, that is, the name and address and registration number of the manufacturer, that is, the importer, data on the quantity of the chemical produced and imported, the intended use of the chemical, tax identification number;
- Proof of registration in the Central Registry of Business Entities;
- Dossier on each chemical (trade name of the chemical, data on the quantity of the chemical placed on the market, data on the way the chemical is used and data on the chemical composition) and
- Chemical safety data sheet.

An appeal can be filed against this decision (permit) to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North, within 15 days from the day of its receipt, through this authority.
