Traders and brokers of waste

A company or entrepreneur is registered in the register of traders with physical collection of waste if it is registered in the CRPS, meets the requirements in terms of personnel and equipment.
License conditions
Registration in the register of waste traders and brokers
A business or entrepreneur is registered in the register of waste traders and brokers, who take physical possession of the waste on the basis of the following documentation:
- Request containing: name of the company, address, registration number, activity code, name and surname of the responsible person, procurement and sales area, possession of devices and equipment for communication and issuing invoices, possession of the Internet with a printer, possession of containers for waste collection, traffic one waste transport vehicle, describe the electronic scale;
- location and method of waste storage (ownership certificate, description of the location, description of the building, lease agreement, building or use permit for the building, take a picture of it all),
- Temporary storage (real estate deed or real estate lease agreement) and means for handling waste in temporary storage,
- Insurance policy in case of accident or damage caused to third parties or their belongings,
- Extract from CRPS of Montenegro,
- The need for an environmental impact assessment for business premises where the activity of temporary waste storage is carried out.
- And other documents at the request of the Agency.
Special requirements for qualifications
- At least 2 employees (copy of diplomas, employment contracts, copy of work book).
- The dealer of non-hazardous waste should have 1 employed manager with a completed V level qualification from the sector (natural sciences, engineering and production technologies, agriculture, food, veterinary, health, social protection, mining, metallurgy and chemical industry).
- The collector of hazardous waste should have an employed manager with a completed VII level of qualification from the sector (natural sciences, engineering and production technologies) and at least one employee for the physical collection and temporary storage of waste with a completed at least III level of qualification.

Legal remedies
Against the decision on registration in the register of traders, an appeal can be lodged with the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day of its receipt and through this authority.
