Air quality monitoring

Air quality monitoring can be performed by legal entities that have an air quality monitoring permit issued by the Environmental Protection Agency

License conditions

The request for issuing a permit for air quality monitoring is submitted

  • Accreditation certificate according to the MEST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the scope covered by the accreditation;
  • Proof of registration in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS);

There are no special conditions

Legal remedies

An appeal can be filed against this decision (permit) to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day it was delivered.
