Fuel quality monitoring

Fuel quality monitoring can be performed by legal entities that have a fuel quality monitoring license issued by the Environmental Protection Agency

License conditions

Along with the request for issuing a license for fuel quality monitoring, the following is submitted:

  • Accreditation certificate according to the MEST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the scope covered by the accreditation;
  • Proof of registration in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS);

Legal remedies

An appeal can be filed against this decision (permit) to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day it was delivered.
