Measurement of emissions from stationary sources

Emissions from stationary sources can be measured by legal entities that have a license to measure emissions from stationary sources issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.

License conditions

Along with the application for issuing a permit for the measurement of emissions from stationary sources, the following is submitted:

  • Accreditation certificate according to the MEST EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard in the scope covered by the accreditation;
  • Proof of registration in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS);

Legal remedies

An appeal can be filed against this decision (permit) to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day it was delivered.
