Making strategic maps and calculating the noise level

The creation of strategic maps and the calculation of noise levels can be performed by domestic and foreign legal entities and entrepreneurs, based on a permit issued by the Environmental Protection Agency.
License conditions
The permit for the production of strategic maps and the calculation of the noise level is issued based on the request of a domestic or foreign legal entity or entrepreneur.
Special requirements for qualifications
The following shall be attached to the application for the issuance of a permit:
- Proof of registration in the authority responsible for registering business entities, i.e. in the corresponding register of the competent authority of the home country of the foreign legal entity or entrepreneur;
- Accreditation certificate according to the MEST ISO/IEC 17020 standard in the scope covered by the accreditation.

An appeal can be filed against this decision (permit) to the Ministry of Tourism, Ecology, Sustainable Development and Development of the North within 15 days from the day it was delivered.
