The service is provided through a procedure that is intended for a sports organization that received a decision from the Ministry that established the fulfillment of the conditions for the establishment of a sports organization.

License conditions

The sports organization is obliged to submit to the Ministry within 30 days from the date of adoption of the decision on establishment a request for approval of the staut.

Along with the request, the party is obliged to submit the draft statute of the sports organization

There are no special conditions

Fees

The administrative fee for this service is €50.

Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17),

Law on Administrative Fees ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 18/19).

Legal remedies

The party has the right to file a complaint with the Administrative Court of Montenegro (Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 130, Podgorica) within 20 days from the date of receipt of the Decision. The deadline for the decision of the competent authority is 30 days from the day of receipt of the formal complaint. In the course of the lawsuit, if the first-instance authority sees new facts, there is a possibility of making a new decision, i.e. of a positive decision, which ends the legal proceedings.
