The service is provided through a procedure that is intended for a sports organization - the competent national sports federation that submits a request for consent to the rulebook on obtaining a license for performing professional activities in sports

License conditions

The request is submitted to the Ministry by the sports organization through the authorized person for the representation of the sports organization.

Along with the application, the party must submit the following documents:

  • Rulebook on obtaining a license to perform the work of a coach.

Relevant regulations

Article 32 paragraph 10 of the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 44/2018 and 123/21),

Law on Administrative Procedure ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 56/14, 20/15, 40/16 and 37/17).

Legal remedies

The party has the right to file a complaint with the Administrative Court of Montenegro (Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 130, Podgorica) within 20 days from the date of receipt of the Decision. The deadline for the decision of the competent authority is 30 days from the day of receipt of the formal complaint. In the course of the lawsuit, if the first-instance authority sees new facts, there is a possibility of making a new decision, i.e. of a positive decision, which ends the legal proceedings.
