The request to delete a sports organization from the Register is submitted by the president, that is, a person authorized to represent the sports organization.

Along with the request, the party must submit the following documents:

The decision on the termination of the operation of the sports organization is adopted by the assembly in accordance with the founding act and the statute of the sports organization

Legal remedies

The party has the right to file a complaint with the Administrative Court of Montenegro (Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 130, Podgorica) within 20 days from the date of receipt of the Decision. The deadline for the decision of the competent authority is 30 days from the day of receipt of the formal complaint. In the course of the lawsuit, if the first-instance authority sees new facts, there is a possibility of making a new decision, i.e. of a positive decision, which ends the legal proceedings.
