License conditions

• Request for the authorization of a parachutist based on a valid foreign license;
• skydiver's license;
• fulfillment of the conditions established by the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of using parachutes ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 43/22) for joining the training for obtaining the appropriate authorization;
• passing the proficiency check with the examiner.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
