License conditions

• Paratrooper's license with the appropriate category;
• Fulfillment of the conditions established by the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of using parachutes ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 43/22) for joining the training for obtaining the appropriate authorization;
• Proof of passing the proficiency check with the examiner.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
