License conditions

• Request for authorization;
• Possesses a parachutist's license in which a valid authorization of a skydiving instructor is entered;
• Make at least 300 tandem parachute jumps.

Special requirements for qualifications

• Certificate of completed training;
• Certificate of successfully passing the practical exam for obtaining the authorization for which he is applying for issuance.

Fees

Authorization of a tandem parachutist instructor: 130 EUR

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
