Acquiring the authority of a skydiving instructor

License conditions

Request for authorization

Before the start of the training for obtaining the authority of a skydiving instructor, the parachutist must:

  • is at least 21 years old;
    ,
  • holds a valid category D skydiver's license for at least 12 months;

achieve at least 200 jumps with a hold of more than 30 seconds;

  • achieve at least 50 jumps with a hold longer than 45 seconds;
  • achieve at least 30 jumps with a hold longer than 60 seconds;
  • complete at least 20 non-aerodrome jumps;
  • achieve at least two night jumps.

Special requirements for qualifications

  • Certificate of completed training;
  • Certificate of successfully passing the practical exam for obtaining the authorization for which he is applying for issuance.

Fees

Authorization of skydiving instructor: 130 EUR

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
