License conditions
- The total number of jumps and time of free fall required to obtain the appropriate category of skydiver's license, in accordance with the provisions of the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of using parachutes ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 43/22);
- Passed exam in the subject "Rules and Regulations";
- Valid health certificate;
- Proof of passing the proficiency check with the examiner.

Legal remedies
Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
