License conditions

Special requirements for qualifications

A parachutist who has obtained a category C parachutist's license for at least one year, has the right to take the proficiency check in order to obtain a category D parachutist's license, if he meets the following conditions:

• holds a category C skydiver's license;
• achieve 500 free parachute jumps;
• achieve 180 minutes of free fall;
• pass a written theoretical exam for obtaining a category D skydiver's license conducted by an authorized examiner.

Fees

Category D skydiving permit: 30 EUR

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
