License conditions

Special requirements for qualifications

A parachutist who has obtained a category B parachutist's license has the right to take a proficiency test to obtain a category C parachutist's license, if he meets the following conditions:

holds a category B parachutist's license;
achieve 200 free parachute jumps;
achieve 60 minutes of free fall;
perform 20 group freefall (FS) figure jumps in a group of four or more skydivers, or perform a set of figures in no more than 16 seconds, or demonstrate advanced elements of freestyle (FF) freefall;
pass a written theoretical exam for obtaining a category C skydiver's license conducted by an authorized examiner.

Parachutist's license category C: 30 EUR

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
