License conditions

• The candidate is at least 16 years old.

Special requirements for qualifications

• Evidence of a valid certificate of completion of training for the acquisition of a paratrooper's license;
• Proof of successfully completed practical exam;
• Proof of medical fitness.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
