Acquiring a Montenegrin paratrooper's license based on a foreign license


-- TRANSPORT --

At the request of the holder of a valid foreign skydiver's license, the Agency can issue a Montenegrin skydiver's license.

License conditions

  • Application for issuing a Montenegrin permit;
  • The candidate must have the total number of jumps and time of free fall required to obtain a skydiver's license;
  • passed the exam in the subject "Rules and Regulations";
  • a valid certificate of medical fitness;
  • proof of passing the proficiency check with the examiner.

Special requirements for qualifications

Fees

Permit: 30 EUR

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
