License conditions

• The request for extending the validity of the parachute packer's certificate is submitted to the Agency.

Special requirements for qualifications

• Proof that during the validity period of the certificate, the parachute packer packed at least 20 spare parachutes or rescue parachutes;
• Proof that during the validity period of the certificate, the parachute packer has performed at least 10 technical inspections of the parachute.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
