License conditions

• The request for the extension of the validity period of the authorization shall be submitted to the Agency no later than 90 days before the expiration of the validity period of the authorization whose extension is requested, on the form determined by the Agency.

Special requirements for qualifications

• To extend the validity period of the tandem parachutist authorization, the candidate should, during the period of validity of this authorization, perform at least 20 tandem jumps, of which at least 5 tandem jumps in the last 12 months before the expiration of the validity period of the tandem parachutist authorization.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
