• Request to extend the validity period of the skydiving instructor's authorization

Special requirements for qualifications

• Confirmation by the training organization that, during the validity period of the authorization, the skydiving instructor has supervised at least 50 jumps of student skydivers in the role of skydiving instructor;
• Evidence of attending a refresher course for skydiving instructors within 12 months prior to the expiration of the skydiving instructor's authorization and confirmation that he passed the proficiency check with an examiner within 90 days prior to the expiration of the skydiving instructor's authorization.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
