License conditions

• Request for the extension of the validity period of the authorization of the AFF skydiving instructor

Special requirements for qualifications

• Confirmation that during the validity period of the AFF skydiving instructor's authorization, he has completed at least 20 AFF jumps in the role of an AFF skydiving instructor, of which at least 5 jumps in the last 12 months before the expiration of the validity period of the AFF skydiving instructor's authorization;
• Evidence of attendance at a refresher course for AFF skydiving instructors in the 12-month period prior to the expiration of the AFF skydiving instructor authorization, or
• Confirmation that he passed the proficiency check for the extension of the validity period of the AFF skydiving instructor authorization with an examiner in the period of 90 days before the expiration of the validity period of the AFF skydiving instructor authorization.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
