License conditions

The request for issuing the certificate of the main parachute packer is submitted to the Agency, on the form determined by the Agency.
For the extension or renewal of the validity period of the certificate, the main parachute packer candidate submits proof of completed renewal of knowledge at the parachute manufacturer for parachute repairs and attachment systems.

Special requirements for qualifications

• Confirmation of the parachute packer;
• Certificate of completion of training to obtain the certificate of the main parachute packer;
• Certificate of successfully passing the proficiency test for obtaining the certificate of the main packer;
• Proof of completed training with the parachute manufacturer to perform major repairs to parachutes and tether systems.

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
