License conditions

• The request for issuing or amending the Authorization of the training organization is submitted to the Agency on the form established by the Agency.
• Organization manual,
• Training program
• Biography of the responsible manager
• Biography and relevant qualifications of the training manager
• License to operate a radio station, if applicable
• Liability insurance policy for damage caused to third parties, in accordance with the law, if applicable.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
