License conditions
- The request for renewal of the validity period of the parachute packer certificate is submitted to the Agency.
Special requirements for qualifications
- Evidence that, in the period of 12 months prior to submitting the application for renewal of the validity period of the certificate, he attended a seminar on the renewal of knowledge for parachute packers, which is implemented by the Training Organization;
- confirmation that, in the period of 12 months before submitting the application for renewal of the validity period of the certificate, he passed the proficiency check for the renewal of the validity period of the parachute packer with an examiner.

Legal remedies
Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
