• Request for the renewal of the validity period of the tandem paratrooper authorization

Special requirements for qualifications

• Evidence that in the period of 12 months before submitting the application for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, he attended a seminar for renewal of knowledge for a tandem parachutist instructor;
• Proof that in the period of 12 months before submitting the application for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, he passed the proficiency check for the renewal of the validity period of the tandem skydiver instructor with the examiner.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
