• Request for the renewal of the validity period of the tandem skydiving instructor's authorization

Special requirements for qualifications

• proof that, in the period of 12 months prior to the submission of the application for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, he attended a seminar for the renewal of knowledge for the instructor
  confirmation that, in the period of 12 months prior to the submission of
• the request for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, he passed the proficiency check for the renewal of the validity period of the tandem skydiver instructor.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
