• Request for renewal of the validity period of the authorization of the AFF skydiving instructor

Special requirements for qualifications

• Proof that, in the period of 12 months before submitting the application for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, he attended a seminar for the renewal of knowledge for skydiving instructors or AFF skydiving instructors;
• Confirmation that, in the period of 12 months before submitting the application for the renewal of the validity period of the authorization, the skydiving instructor or AFF skydiving instructor passed the proficiency check for the renewal of the validity of the authorization with an examiner.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
