License conditions

• The request for issuing the authorization for the professional training of paraglider pilots is submitted on the form established by the Agency.
• The Professional Training Program and the Training Manual shall be submitted with the request for authorization for professional training.

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
