License conditions

• That the foreign license was issued by the authority responsible for issuing paraglider pilot licenses.
• That the holder of a foreign paraglider pilot's license has a valid medical certificate;
• For the holder of a foreign paraglider pilot's license to pass the theory test in the subject of Aviation Regulations;
• For the holder of a foreign paraglider pilot's license to pass a test of practical ability conducted by an authorized examiner.

Special requirements for qualifications

• The authorizations prescribed by the Rulebook on Conditions for the Use of Paragliders, Permits and Paraglider Pilot Training Organizations ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 83/18, 35/19) can be entered in the issued permit, if the candidate meets the conditions prescribed herein rulebook for acquiring authorization.

Administrative fees: 5 EUR

Legal remedies

Possibility of appeal to the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted to the Civil Aviation Agency with a EUR 4.00 administrative fee.
