Complex engineering facilities - additional conditions

Defined by Article 172a of the Law on Spatial Planning and Building Construction ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 64/17, 44/18, 63/18, 82/, 86/22 and 4/23)
The duties of an auditor for a complex engineering facility, i.e. the duties of a technical inspection for a complex engineering facility can be performed by a natural person who:
• has an auditor's license and
• four years of work experience in the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of complex engineering facilities as an authorized engineer.
License conditions
Evidence:
- licensed engineer's license
- evidence of at least four years of work experience in professional jobs in the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of complex engineering facilities
- Proof of tax payment
Special requirements for qualifications

Fees
- The application fee is paid in the amount of 2 euros to bank account number: 832-3161018-57
- Fee for issuing a decision in the amount of 3 euros to bank account number: 832-3161018-57
Competent authorities
State administration authority responsible for the activity performed in the complex engineering facility: Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs; Ministry of Energy and Mining, Ministry of Internal Affairs
