License conditions

• • at least one employed auditor for an architectural or construction project for buildings with a gross construction area of ​​up to 300 m2,
  • at least one employed auditor for architectural and construction projects for buildings with a gross construction area of ​​300 to 1,000 m2,
  • at least one employed auditor for architectural, construction and electrotechnical projects for buildings with a gross construction area of ​​1,000 to 10,000 m2,
  • at least one employed auditor for two projects (architectural, construction, electrotechnical and mechanical) for engineering objects that are not complex engineering objects,
  • one employed auditor each for architectural, construction, electrotechnical and mechanical projects for other facilities (buildings over 10,000 m2, complex engineering facilities),
  • the request is submitted on the form:
  the application for the issuance of a license for an auditor (architectural, construction, electrotechnical and mechanical) is submitted on the form:
  • that he is a Montenegrin citizen,
  • has an authorized engineer's license,
  • has at least seven years of work experience in the preparation of technical documentation and/or building construction as an authorized engineer,
  • passed professional exam,
  • member of the Engineering Chamber of Montenegro,

  Required documentation

  • proof of Montenegrin citizenship,
  • proof of qualification (for areas: architectural, construction, electrical and mechanical engineering professions) - diploma of completed studies,
  • proof of passing the professional exam (200 EUR),
  • proof of membership in the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro (150 EUR annually),
  • proof of work experience of seven years of work experience in the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of an object as an authorized engineer.
