License conditions

• at least one authorized engineer employed by the type of project he creates (architectural, construction, electrotechnical and mechanical project), i.e. the type of work he performs based on those projects
• has a higher education, i.e. at least the qualifications of the VII1 sublevel of the qualifications framework, and if the applicant has foreign educational documents (foreign natural person or Montenegrin citizen), submit proof of recognition of the foreign educational documents of at least the VII1 sublevel of the qualifications framework;
• has at least three years of work experience in professional work in the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of buildings with higher education, i.e. at least qualification VII1 sublevel of the qualifications framework
• passed professional exam;
• member of the Chamber of Engineers of Montenegro;
• foreign persons should have a residence permit in accordance with the law regulating the employment and work of foreigners.

Evidence

• the request is submitted on a form;
• the request for the issuance of a license for an authorized engineer (architectural, construction, electrotechnical and mechanical) is submitted on a form;
• proof of qualification (for areas: architectural, construction, electrical and mechanical engineering professions) - diploma of acquired higher education, ie at least VII1 sublevel of the qualification framework or Decision on recognition of foreign educational document;
• proof of passing the professional exam
• proof of membership in the Engineering Chamber of Montenegro
• proof of work experience of three years in professional work in the preparation of technical documentation and/or construction of buildings with higher education, i.e. at least qualification VII1 sublevel of the qualifications framework
• residence and work permit.
