License conditions

• a business company, i.e. an entrepreneur, can engage in the export of tobacco, processed tobacco and tobacco products if it is registered in the CRPS for carrying out foreign trade;
• meets the prescribed minimum technical conditions for the sale of goods;
• that the company/entrepreneur and responsible person in the company, in the last three years preceding the submission of the application for the issuance of the approval, has not been convicted of the criminal offense of illegal trade, that is, of the criminal offense of illegal production of tobacco, processed tobacco and tobacco products;
• pay an administrative fee of EUR 20 for a decision on the fulfillment of the conditions for the export of tobacco, processed tobacco and tobacco products;
• pay an administrative fee of EUR 10 for registration in the register of exporters of tobacco, processed tobacco and tobacco products;
• request for issuance of approval for the export of tobacco, processed tobacco and tobacco products (Request).

Special requirements for qualifications

• proof of enrollment in CRPS - registration decision,
• proof of compliance with the minimum technical requirements – Trade report certified by the Department for Market Inspection;
• evidence from criminal record - Ministry of Justice,
• evidence of payments made.
