Storage of liquefied petroleum gas

The energy activity of storage of liquefied petroleum gas can be performed by a business company, legal or natural person, or entrepreneur (hereinafter: business company), on the basis of a license.
License conditions
- The request for issuing a license is submitted on the form prescribed by the Rules
- The company must be registered in the Central Register of Business Entities to perform the energy activity for which the application is submitted
- Proof of registration of the energy facility in the real estate cadastre (Real Estate Administration)
- Lease agreement if the energy facility is not owned by the company
- Record of the performed inspection regarding the fulfillment of conditions and requirements established by technical regulations (Directorate for Inspection Affairs - Electric Power Inspection)
- Record of the performed inspection regarding the fulfillment of the conditions and requirements established by the technical regulations (Directorate for Inspection Affairs - Thermal Energy Inspection)
- Record of the performed inspection regarding the fulfillment of the conditions and requirements established by the regulations on environmental protection (Directorate for Inspection Affairs - Environmental Inspection)
- Record of the performed inspection regarding the fulfillment of conditions and requirements established by regulations on fire and explosion protection (Ministry of the Interior)
- Statute of the company
Proof that it has employees who have passed the appropriate professional exam, i.e. proof of a concluded contract with a natural person who has passed the appropriate professional exam or a legal entity that has employees who have passed the appropriate professional exam for the performance of technical management, maintenance, exploitation and handling of energy facilities (Ministry of of Energy and Mining/Ministry of Internal Affairs)
- Employment contract for employees who have passed a professional exam
- List of banks, with giro account numbers of the applicant
- Certificate from a commercial bank or the Central Bank of Montenegro, which proves that the applicant freely disposes of financial assets in his account
- A certificate issued by the competent state body that the members of the management body of the applicant, i.e. the entrepreneur, were not legally convicted of criminal offenses that make them unfit to perform their duties (Ministry of Justice)
- Organizational chart, with the number of employees engaged in the established working hours of the facility in accordance with regulations
- Decision on the operating hours of the energy facility (Municipality where the energy facility is located)
That the company's license for performing energy activities for which it applied has not been revoked in the last three years (verification is carried out ex officio by the Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Communal Activities)
- Technical description of the equipment with a sketch of the location of the facility
- Tank volume tables (Institute for metrology)
Record of certification of measuring instruments (Institute of Metrology)
Special requirements for qualifications
Proof of passing the professional exam
