            Special requirements for qualifications 
              The following can be entered in the Register of Representatives:
- a natural person with knowledge of one world language, who is engaged in representation as a profession and meets one of the following conditions:
has graduated from the Faculty of Law or the Faculty of Technical Profession and passed a special professional exam;
has graduated from the Faculty of Law or the Faculty of Technical Profession and at least five years of work experience in patent matters in the competent authority 
- a legal entity that employs at least one person
 
The professional exam is taken before the committee of the competent authority
- Application for taking a professional exam
 
- Evidence of acquired professional training
 
- Evidence of relevant work experience
 
- Proof of passing the bar exam, if the candidate has passed it
 
- Proof of payment of the prescribed fee for taking the professional exam
 
The competent authority issues a Certificate on the passing of the professional exam no later than 30 days from the day the candidate passed the exam.
