The energy activity of retail trade in liquified petroleum gas may be carried out by a legal or natural person, or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as: the applicant), based on a license
License conditions
- Request for issuance of license in the field of petroleum products https://regagen.co.me/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/ND nova licenca.pdf
- that the applicant is registered to perform energy activities
- Company Statute
- Certificate from a commercial bank or the Central Bank of Montenegro, proving that the applicant has free access to financial resources in his/her account
- Certificate issued by the competent state authority that the members of the applicant's management body, i.e. the entrepreneur, have not been convicted by a final judgment of criminal offenses that make them unfit to perform their duties (Ministry of Justice)
- Organizational chart of employees who will work on jobs related to energy activities
- Employment contract for employees who will work on jobs related to energy activities
- That the applicant has not had a license to perform the energy activity for which he/she submitted the application revoked in the last three years (verification is carried out by the Energy and Water Regulatory Agency ex officio)
