Retail sale of liquefied petroleum gas

The energy activity of retail trade in petroleum products may be carried out by a legal or natural person, or entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as: the applicant), on the basis of a license.
License conditions
- Request for issuance of license in the field of petroleum products https://regagen.co.me/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/ND new license.pdf
- that the applicant is registered for performing energy activities
- property ownership proof, that it is registered in the real estate cadaster (Real Estate Administration)
- Lease agreement if the energy facility is not owned by the applicant
- Company Statute
- Proof that the required number of qualified, or professionally trained persons are employed to perform energy activities (Ministry of Internal Affairs)
- Employment contract for employees who have passed the professional exam
- Certificate from a commercial bank or the Central Bank of Montenegro, proving that the applicant has free access to financial resources in his/her account
- Certificate issued by the competent state authority that the members of the applicant's management body, i.e. the entrepreneur, have not been convicted by a final judgment of criminal offenses that make them unfit to perform their duties (Ministry of Justice)
- Organizational chart of employees who will work on jobs related to energy activities
- Decision on the working hours of the energy facility (Municipality where the energy facility is located)
- That the applicant has not had a license to perform the energy activity for which he/she submitted the application revoked in the last three years (verification is carried out by the Energy and Water Regulatory Agency ex officio)
