Business registration and operations

Requirements

• decision on establishment,
• articles of incorporation,
• statute (for a single-member company or a multi-member company),
• written consent of the board members for their appointments (if appointed),
• proof of paid fee,
• special authorization – only if the registration application is submitted by a person not registering the establishment in their name,
• Form for Unified Registration Application,
• registration request sent to the Central Registry of Business Entities.

Documentation must be in original form or a certified copy.

The eFirma service offers the possibility of electronic registration, where an application is submitted for the establishment of a new business entity or changes to an existing one, as well as a request for the issuance of extracts and certificates of registration.
