Wholesale trade in oil derivatives

The energy activity of wholesale trade in oil derivatives can be performed by a company, legal or natural person, or entrepreneur (hereinafter: company), based on a license.
License conditions
- The request for issuing a license is submitted on the form prescribed by the Rules
- The company must be registered in the Central Register of Business Entities to perform the energy activity for which the application is submitted
- Statute of the company
- List of banks, with giro account numbers of the applicant
- Certificate from a commercial bank or the Central Bank of Montenegro, which proves that the applicant freely disposes of financial assets in his account
- Certificate issued by the competent state body that the members of the management body of the applicant, i.e. the entrepreneur, were not legally convicted of criminal offenses that make them unfit to perform their duties (Ministry of Justice)
- Organizational chart, with the number of employees
- That the company's license for performing energy activities for which it applied has not been revoked in the last three years (verification is carried out ex officio by the Regulatory Agency for Energy and Regulated Communal Activities)
